Is there a fee for joining the musical?

No. There is no fee for joining the musical.

Is it mandatory to attend every rehearsal?

For the first few weeks of rehearsal, students only have to attend the rehearsals they are called to. After auditions, there will be detailed rehearsal schedule sent out listing who will be needed on which days. If a student is not listed as needed that day, they are not required to attend rehearsals. Beginning March 15th, all students will need to plan on being at every rehearsal.

What is the attendance policy?

The attendance policy is students will be allowed 3 tardies, and 3 EXCUSED absences. An excused absence means written notice has been sent to Ms. Baldridge no later than 10 AM the day of. Once a student has exceeded either 3 tardies OR 3 excused absences, they will be dismissed from the show.
Between April 4th-April 15, no absences will be allowed. Please do not audition if the student cannot commit to these dates.

When are performances?

There will be a total of 4 performances. First performance will be Wednesday, April 13th, during school, with an additional school performance on Friday, April 15th. Evening performances for friends and family will be Thursday, April 14th and Friday, April 15 at 6 PM.

Our first priority is to keep our kids and assistants as safe and healthy as possible. We are following the guidance and policies established by Granite School District. Currently, masks will be required by everyone involved with the production.
